Did you know that baby massage can benefit both infants & parents?

Baby massage can offer physical relief for gas, colic, and constipation; improved sleep, digestion, and immune function;and enhanced bonding, communication, and parental confidence through nurturing touch, fostering relaxation and secure attachment.

Baby massage supports overall development by stimulating systems, promoting muscle tone, and helping babies become more aware of their bodies and stress release.

Who is it for?

Baby massage is suitable from birth. However we suggest to come from 1 month old until 6 monts old until they start crawling.

Keep in mind that we be a small group of  6 Parents and their babies . 

Workshop details 

Date: Saturday 07/03/2026

Time:  2pm to 3 pm  

Place: Bulb Integrative health centre

Price: $50

Facilitator: Kyla Mayer

  • The workshop will last for 1h and we will teach you a 15 min routine massage. 

  • We will provide you some organic almond oil massage.

  • Please wear some comfortable clothes and bring a nappy change mat. 

  • Try to feed and give a nap to your baby before the workshop.
